CONDITIONS OF HIRE
FULL AND PROPER IDENTIFICATION must be provided before the home keys are supplied or at the time of pick-up
This home is tenanted on the condition that the tenant, whether present or not, is totally responsible for any damages or losses which occur during the period of tenancy. Just Leisure does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property which may be caused by the use or misuse of the premises, and the tenant agrees to indemnify the owner against any claim arising from the tenancy of the property.
This property is hired on an OVERNIGHT BASIS (2pm to 10am the following day)
The property is to be vacated by 10am the following morning.
The home is to be left in a clean condition or a cleaning fee will be charged. Damaged or lost items will be charged for at replacement cost.
